Follow the source to read the original notice

Illustrative example. A fictional notice, shown to explain how a record moves from published detail to a decision.

See the opportunity in context.

A relevant title is a starting point, not a decision. Bring the available notice details together, then follow the source to examine the requirements.

Sample records. Everything below was captured from this product's own opportunity desk loaded with invented sample rows. The layout, columns and controls are the working ones; no record shown is a real procurement opportunity.

The GlobalProcOS opportunity desk: a search field and a row of filters above a table of sample opportunities, whose columns are number, opportunity, country, deadline, value, status, score and view.
The desk, from the search field down to the first three notices. A crop of the full capture — open the complete frame to see the whole desk.

What to look at

  1. Search. Filter the pipeline by title or agency as you type.
  2. Filters. Narrow by source, country or region, category, status and closing timeframe. Advanced filters add sector, currency, value, notice type, procuring authority and data-quality state.
  3. Notice details. Each row carries the notice title, the procuring body, category, sector and notice type as recorded from the source.
  4. Deadlines. Closing date with the time remaining. A notice with no published date is shown as TBC rather than an invented deadline.
  5. Source links. Opening a notice reveals the recorded source, reference, notice type and publication date, and links out to the original notice.
Open the opportunity desk
The notice detail panel, listing key details — location, category, deadline, contract value, status and posted date — and contract details including source, reference id, notice type and a link to view the source tender.

Provenance travels with the record.

Every notice keeps the source it came from, its reference, its notice type and its publication date, and links out to the original notice. Missing details stay visibly missing: an undisclosed value reads as not disclosed, and a notice with no published closing date reads as TBC.

Built for the way your business competes.

These are the questions each kind of business ends up asking. GPOS gives you the notice detail to answer them, and points you at the document that settles it.

Consulting firms

Examine an assignment before your partners read it.

Work through opportunities by scope, sector and geography. When a notice looks relevant, open the original EOI or RFP to assess the experience and expert requirements it actually asks for.

Service providers

Check delivery scope against real capacity.

Review what has to be delivered, where it has to be delivered and over what timeline, then compare that against the teams, contracts and locations you can commit.

Suppliers

Read the specification, not just the headline.

Find goods and equipment notices, then consult the original specification for quantities, technical standards, packaging and delivery conditions before committing any interest.

Contractors

Qualify the works before you price them.

Review works notices and consult the original documents for project scope, qualification criteria, site conditions and submission requirements.

These are workflows, not automated eligibility assessment. GPOS does not decide whether a given business is qualified for a given opportunity.

Before you pursue, ask the right questions.

A notice gives you the starting position. Whether to pursue it is a judgement, and these four questions are the ones worth settling first.

ScopeDoes this match what your business can deliver?
Read the deliverables, not the title. A well-worded title can describe work your firm has no capability to deliver.
EligibilityWhat experience, qualifications or documentation is required?
Check the required credentials, references and registrations in the original notice, and keep the evidence to hand.
TimingCan your team meet the clarification and submission deadlines?
Clarification questions usually close well before submissions do. Work backwards from the closing date, not forwards from today.
EvidenceHave you checked the latest original notice and attachments?
Notices get amended. Confirm the current version and every attachment at the source before you rely on anything recorded here.

The procurement documents govern. GPOS records and surfaces what has been published; it does not certify that a business is eligible for an opportunity.

A clearer path from search to scrutiny.

Four steps, using what the opportunity desk does today.

  1. Discover

Published opportunities are collected from the procurement sources the workspace is connected to. Each record keeps the source it arrived from, so it can be traced back rather than trusted as a detached copy.

  2. Narrow

Filter by title or agency, then by source, country or region, procurement category, lifecycle status and closing timeframe. Advanced filters narrow further by sector, currency, value disclosure, notice type, procuring authority and data-quality state.

  3. Examine

Open a notice to read location, category, deadline and time remaining, disclosed value, status and posting date — together with the source, reference, notice type and publication date recorded with it.

  4. Decide

Follow the source link to the original notice and its attachments. What is recorded here is a summary; the procurement documents are the authority.

There are no saved searches, no alerts and no bid/no-bid scoring here, because the product does not do those things yet.

Know the source. Check the detail.

GPOS brings published notices into one place. It does not replace reading them.

Every record keeps the source, reference, notice type and publication date it arrived with, and links out to the original notice. Follow that link to read the current version, the attachments, and any clarifications or amendments.

Coverage varies by source and by notice type. Some publishers publish a closing date and a value; some publish neither. Where a detail is missing it is shown as missing — an undisclosed value reads as not disclosed, and a notice with no published closing date reads as TBC — rather than being filled in with a guess.

Nothing here is a claim of exhaustive coverage, real-time updates or guaranteed accuracy. No institution referenced as a data source is a partner or an endorser of GPOS.

From discovery toward preparation.

Planned capabilities—not yet available.

  1. Firm and expert profiles

Organise your organisation's capabilities, sectors, regions and certifications in one place, and keep professional experience attached to the people who hold it.

  2. Proposal and CV assistance

Prepare drafts grounded in material you have already approved, so generated text starts from your record rather than from invention.

  3. Requirement-led review

Work through an RFP or TOR requirement by requirement and surface the gaps in your evidence before submission, not after.

Questions worth answering first.

Who is GPOS for?

Consulting firms, non-consulting service providers, suppliers and contractors — organisations that want to find and examine published procurement opportunities before deciding where to focus. GPOS is not a buyer-side procurement suite, and it is not an automated proposal platform.

Does GPOS submit bids on my behalf?

No. GPOS helps you discover and examine opportunities. Any submission is made by you, through the procuring authority's own process, using the original procurement documents.

Where should I confirm requirements and amendments?

At the source. Use the source link recorded on the notice to read the current version, its attachments, and any clarifications or amendments. GPOS does not restate those documents authoritatively.

Can I use proposal-writing and CV tools today?

No. Firm and expert profiles, proposal and CV assistance, and requirement-led review are planned capabilities. They are not available yet, and nothing on this page presents them as working.

How do I access an existing account?

Use Sign in. Public self-registration is not open on this site; access to the opportunity desk is provisioned by the GPOS team.
